    NOT “EXCELLENT” AS ADVERTISED

    I bought an Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max that was advertised as being in “Excellent” condition and “scored to the strictest diagnostic”, which it was not. The screen was constantly glitching and when I reported this just a few weeks after having the device, it was explained to me that I would have to be inconvenienced by being without a mobile phone while they “repaired” the device. This is just not good enough… I’ve been a customer for many years, but I won’t bother with this company again.

    Very satisfied

    I bought it with the fear that it wouldn't arrive as advertised, however I was surprised both by the quality of the product and also by the company's concern in sending it very well packaged and with all the accessories they promise in the ad, I will definitely buy again, especially if in Next purchase give me a discount lol.

    Excellent but good

    Phone had a few more tiny dings than i would’ve liked for an ‘excellent’ device, with battery of 89% but it’s acceptable and I’m happy. The process of buying was seamless and i had 20% off for first purchase.
