We use the trade names “UR” and “BUYUR”.  When we refer to “we,” “our,” or “us” in this policy, we are referring to Buyur Ltd the company which processes your order.

1       Buying a Device from Us

By submitting an order through our site (“”) you warrant that the device(s) comply with these terms.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content (not including payment information/ credit card etc), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

1.1       Pricing

The prices of the products will be as quoted on our site.

Prices for our products may change, but changes will not affect any order which we have confirmed with a Dispatch Confirmation.

The price of the products includes VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rate chargeable in the UK for the time. However, if the rate of VAT changes between the date of your order and the date of delivery, we will adjust the VAT you pay, unless you have already paid for the products in full before the change in VAT takes effect.

The price of the products does not include delivery charges. Our delivery charges are as quoted on our site from time to time.

It is always possible that, despite our reasonable efforts, some of the products on our site may be incorrectly priced.

If we discover an incorrect price, we will inform you and will give you the option of continuing with your order based on the correct information or cancelling the order. We will not process your order until we have your instructions. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you in writing.

Please note that if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mispricing, we do not have to provide the products to you at the incorrect (lower) price.

1.2       Price Match Promise

Our Price Match Promise has the following terms and conditions:

Refurbished items:

  • The product and any included accessories must be identical on the competitor site in condition, specification and any included warranty to the product on our site ( www.ur., ).
  • We will match high street retailers and internet stores, but the product must be available online from their own web site and prices publicly available to all customers.
  • We must be able to confirm that the item is available on the competitor site and can be delivered in the same timeframe.  Any shipping charges will be included in any price comparisons.
  • Prices on auction or shopping sites such as Amazon, eBay and Backmarket are excluded.
  • Any Price Match offer is only valid on the working day we issue it and you must order on the same working day as the offer is made. Any Price Match offer expires at the end of the working day it is made.
  • A Price Match offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
  • We are unable to match any offer code discounts on refurbished items or items purchased using finance.
  • We reserve the right not to match the price if the conditions above are not met and our decision and any  offer is final.  We reserve the right not to price match at any time.

To request a Price Match:

  • Get a link for the product on our competitor’s site that you want us to match against.
  • Get the link for the product from our website ( )
  • Send both links to us via email at along with your contact details including telephone number where we can contact you.

1.3       Buying - How the Contract Is Formed Between You And Us

Our site is only intended for use by people registered with us and resident in the UK. At our complete discretion we may accept or reject orders from people outside of these territories.

After you place an order with us online, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. However, please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted.

We will confirm our acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the products have been dispatched (Dispatch Confirmation). The Contract between us will be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation.

If we are unable to supply your products, for example because those products are no longer available or because of an error in the price on our site, we will inform you of this by e-mail and we will not process your order. If you have already paid for the products, we will refund you the full amount as soon as possible.

If an order is refunded we will not accept any liability for any bank charges which may have been incurred.

The contract between you and us is binding on you and us and on our respective successors and assigns. You may not transfer, assign, charge or otherwise dispose of a contract, or any of your rights or obligations arising under it, without our prior written consent We may transfer, assign, charge, sub-contract or otherwise dispose of a contract, or any of our rights or obligations arising under it, at any time during the term of the contract.

1.4       Returns Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days and starts from the date of receipt by you. The product will be eligible for return and refund when received by us in the same condition as issued and unused. All accessories issued with the product including any free add-on products must also be returned in the same condition.

Where there is only 4 days left of said period you will have 5 working days to return the unit/s to us once we have been notified. Units will not be liable for return outside of this period. Where a product has been either damaged or has software encryption it will not be eligible.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

To return an item, please email customer service at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return as we will not cover any lost or damaged device costs the customer will incur and is liable for these costs.

Please remember to remove the following before returning your device:

  • All security and parental locks
  • Your SIM cards
  • Memory card (if applicable)
  • Your iCloud / Samsung / Google account
  • Backup and remove any personal data from your device.

Failure to do so will lead to a delay in the processing of your return and/or prevent it from being processed.

There may be occasions where a partial refund may be provided if your returned product does not meet these terms, or your return may be rejected and your device returned to you. These are evaluated on an order-by-order basis.

1.5       Refunds (if applicable, subject to Returns Policy)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

1.6       Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

1.7       Exchanges (if applicable)

We replace items only where they have been supplied defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange your product, please contact us within 24hrs of receipt Mon - Fri, 9am-5pm. Email or alternatively call: 0333 222 6595.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

1.8       Shipping and Delivery

We always try to process all orders placed before 3pm the same working day.

We use the most efficient and reliable postal services and couriers to get your orders to you, such as Royal Mail, Parcelforce and DPD to be with you within 2-3 working days*.

If you would like your delivery quicker than this, then we can expedite your delivery* (1-2 working days for orders placed before 3pm otherwise 1 additional working day will apply) subject to an additional charge which can be selected at checkout.

Please Note:

  • We cannot guarantee deliveries for Outer UK Mainland will be delivered within the same time frames.
  • We are currently not able to ship to BFPO address.
  • If items are sent via courier or signed-for services, goods will need to be signed for. To make this easier, please provide an address where someone will be available to sign for any goods.
  • In exceptional circumstances we reserve the right to use alternative couriers or delivery methods.

*Please note this is for deliveries within the UK mainland. UK mainland excludes Northern Ireland, Eire, Scottish Offshore, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, and Isle of Man. If you are unsure whether delivery restrictions apply to you, please contact our customer services team who will be happy to help.

1.9       International delivery

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to addresses outside the UK.

You may place an order for products from outside the UK, but this order must be for delivery to an address in the UK and you will be subject to a delivery fee.

1.10     Refurbished Device Warranty

All our refurbished devices come with our standard 15-month warranty when purchased from this site ( ).  If your product is reported as faulty after the first 30 days from the purchase date.  We will cover either its repair or replacement for a period of 15-months following the purchase date.

Your device is covered against defects in materials and workmanship when used in accordance with the manufacturer’s user manual, technical specifications and any other manufacturer guidance released from time to time, for a period of 15-months from the date that you purchased your device except for the battery which comes with a 3-month warranty. This is called the “warranty period”.

If there is a defect or fault with your device during the warranty period, we will repair or replace your device (at our discretion). These are the only remedies available under this warranty and you will not be able to choose whether your device is repaired or replaced. This warranty only applies to consumers and business customers in the UK who have purchased a pre-owned (including second hand) device directly from our website ( )

You cannot benefit from this warranty if you:

  • have accidently or wilfully damaged the operational behaviour of the device; this may be via soft / hard impacts or liquid damage.
  • have bought a product other than that identified by its IMEI.
  • Installed non-authorised, malicious or Beta software.

Please note all IMEI's are recorded. The warranty only covers your device itself and it does not cover:

  • Any accessories that came with your device including, but not limited to, the charger, cable, and case.
  • Battery life – our acceptable minimum battery health percentage is 80% of the manufacturer’s original quoted capacity.
  • Faults or damage due to normal wear and tear through use of the product and/or accessories
  • Software, even if installed on the device when purchased. Please refer to the licensing agreement which is given in respect of software by the software developer for details of your rights in respect to any software.
  • IP67 Rated and Water resistance devices - where a device carries an IP rating, water damage will NOT be covered for any device purchased on our website ( )

If we find that there is a fault or defect and you are covered by this warranty, we will either:

  1. repair your device using new or used parts;


  1. replace your device with a pre-owned device
  2. We may install system / software updates onto your repaired or replaced device, and you will be unable to revert to an earlier version of the system / software once this has been done.
  3. You will be responsible for reinstalling all software programs (including apps), data and information onto your repaired or replaced device.
  4. Some apps may not be compatible with the system / software update we have installed, and we will not be liable where any of the apps you have downloaded cannot be reloaded onto your repaired or replaced device.

Where we replace your device:

The replacement device will be owned by you and we will retain the original. You will not be entitled to ask for the original device to be returned to you; and any remaining time left on your 15-month warranty will be transferred to your replacement device, and if there is less than 3 months remaining on the warranty, we will extend the warranty so that you will have 3 months' warranty on the replacement device.

Only defects and faults that relate to the materials or our workmanship are covered by this warranty. This means that you cannot claim under this warranty for:

  • damage caused by your mishandling or misuse, neglect, negligence, tampering, or unauthorised adjustments (including “jailbreaking”, Non-authorised, Malicious or Beta software)
  • accidental damage or any damage caused by liquid, fire, or any other event outside of our control.
  • your use of the device contrary to the manufacturer’s user manuals, technical specification, or guidance
  • damage caused in the course of any work carried out by third parties or yourself (e.g. where you have your device screen replaced by someone other than us). Authorisation must first be granted should you wish work done by representatives from the manufacturer or Manufacturer Authorised Service Providers. Please note that if you try to, or engage any third party to, carry our repairs or replacements to your device, or open your device, this warranty will be void.
  • damage due to usual wear and tear or the natural ageing of your device
  • cosmetic damage including, but not limited to, dents, scratches, chips, cracks, or snaps in external plastic on ports.
  • any damage to your phones/devices protective coating (which is designed to diminish over time)
  • damage caused by use of the device with any other product (e.g. device speakers)
  • loss or theft of your device or any loss or damage to data on your device

You will not be able to claim under this warranty if the serial number on your device has been removed or if we know, or reasonably believe, your device to be stolen (based on information provided by law enforcement authorities).

1.11     New Product Warranty

On new products (excluding refurbished devices) carry a standard 12-month warranty.  If you have bought a brand-new product, you may benefit from a manufacturer’s 12-month warranty.

To claim on your warranty, please email customer service at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number indicating that you wish to claim under warranty. 1.12     Our Commitment to the Environment

We are committed to protecting our environment and our planet.

When purchasing products from our website our aim is to use this as an opportunity to fund improvements to our environment both now and for the future.  To do this we work with ecology partners and with your help, fund their work on projects to achieve this.

Wherever possible we will undertake this commitment subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Projects include planting of trees, wildlife preservation and other ecological and conservation projects. As we work with partners to deliver the projects, we cannot guarantee which project will be funded from any single order.
  • We reserve the right to amend, suspend or remove this offer on any product at any time.

1.13     General Terms 

The Buyur Ltd terms and conditions apply. is issued by Buyur Ltd a UK registered company. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time in our discretion. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law.  Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with the redemption will be governed by the laws of England.

1.14     Events Outside Of Our Control

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control or due to our compliance with any applicable laws or regulations.

1.15     Liability Terms and Conditions

If we fail to comply with these terms and conditions, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms and conditions or our negligence, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if they were an obvious consequence of our breach or if they were contemplated by you and us at the time we entered into this contract.

We only supply our services and purchase or recycle mobile phones/devices for consumers and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, loss of business opportunity, loss of data; loss of use of money; losses which you incur as a result of a failure by you to comply with your obligations under these terms and conditions, including without limitation, third party charges which are raised for your account as a result of a failure to adhere to your obligations regarding removal of SIM cards and other data..

We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by Our negligence or the negligence of Our employees, agents or subcontractors;
  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
  • breach of the terms implied by section 2 of the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982 (title and quiet possession); and
  • breach of the terms implied by sections 3, 4 and 5 of the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982 (description, satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and samples).
